Account Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company’s accounting and statutory compliance activities. The role involves handling GST filings, TDS reconciliation, financial reporting , and day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all financial transactions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow. • Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory compliance reports. • Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, ledgers, and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors in financial transactions and records. • Collaborate with the finance team to develop and implement processes and procedures for efficient and accurate accounting operations. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field. • 2+ years of experience in accounting and statutory compliance. • Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other relevant tax laws and regulations. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
