BPO Industry Experience Required Job Title: Account Executive Location: Remote Company: Umbrella BPO & Client Companies Overview: As an Account Executive at Umbrella BPO, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and driving sales growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure the successful delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. This includes regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients. Account Management: Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing account plans, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a BPO industry role, preferably in an account management or sales role. Strong understanding of the BPO industry and its trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
