Your role as Account Executive
Within our division Natural Resources, specialized in inspection and quality control of chemicals, liquefied gases and petroleum products, you will be the link between the client and our operational teams.
What will you do?
- Maintain frequent customer contact via email and phone, as well as occasional on-site visits within Europe;
- Order processing: translate incoming inspection orders into work instructions for our surveyors;
- Quality monitoring: check the reports that are sent to our clients;
- Relationship management: build strong client relationships, including debt collection and complaint handling;
- Collaboration: closely work together with colleagues from sales, inspection, and lab.
