Job description

Provide support, advice and guidance to doctors through various channels, with the aim of ensuring a close relationship that favors the satisfaction of healthcare specialists.

You will be the welcome contact responsible for onboarding to the program
Review and/or adjustment of information in the Doctoralia profile and Google Ads campaigns
Resolution of doubts and punctual follow-up with your assigned clients
Analysis of campaign information from Google Ads
Creation of strategies to generate LTV with doctors
Management of a portfolio of over 100 doctors
Retention of doctors who want to cancel their service
