Account Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means; • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions; • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives; • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty; • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; • At least 3 years of experience in sales or account management; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
