Account Executive - Corporate

Description WTW | Willis is seeking a full-time Account Executive to join our Corporate Broking team in Christchurch. In this role, you will support the Client Director / Account Manager across all aspects of client service, helping to maintain and grow an established portfolio of corporate clients. You will play an integral role in delivering a high standard of service and contributing to positive client outcomes. The successful candidate will be a diligent, collaborative team player with strong communication skills, able to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Key responsibilities include: • Providing exceptional client service, ensuring that all client needs are met and exceeded; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development; • Collaborating with the Client Director / Account Manager to develop and implement tailored solutions for each client; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance client service and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have: • A strong understanding of the corporate broking market and its key players; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; • Proven track record in account management or a related field.
