You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and ensure the successful delivery of our services. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. This includes regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers. Account Management: Manage and grow existing client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships and increasing revenue. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement. Education and Training: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies through ongoing education and training. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a BPO industry role; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing client relationships; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; Bachelor's degree in a related field.
