Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts Location: Prantij, Gujarat (Manufacturing Unit) Experience: 4–5 Years Department: Finance & Accounts We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Executive / Assistant Manager – Accounts to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in accounting operations, especially in Tally and day-to-day financial transactions, including imports and banking. About the Role The Accounts Executive/Assistant Manager – Accounts will be responsible for managing the accounts department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions, maintaining proper records, and providing support to the finance team. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other relevant documents. • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all financial transactions, including imports and banking. • Provide support to the finance team in preparing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. • Develop and implement effective accounting processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve any accounting or financial discrepancies. • Ensure that all financial transactions are properly authorized, recorded, and reported. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field. • 4–5 years of experience in accounting operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry. • Strong knowledge of Tally software and proficiency in using it for day-to-day financial transactions. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
