Account Executive (all genders)

As an Account Executive (all genders) at SYNAOS, you are responsible for our new customer growth. Your goal is to convince more companies of the future of intralogistics, thereby expanding existing markets and industries, as well as opening up new markets and industries. You will speak with manufacturing and logistics companies at C-level, understand their intralogistics, and show them where we can jointly unlock potential.

• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Actively approach large manufacturing and logistics companies
• Pitch the added value of our software solutions to customers (on-site and remote) at C-level
• Independently handle complex tenders in the new customer segment
• Coordinate the sales process in collaboration with all internal stakeholders
• Create and manage offers, independently negotiate, and close contracts
• Hand over acquired customers to Customer Success and accompany the initial project phases

• At least 3 years of sales experience in new customer acquisition, ideally in the areas of intralogistics, mobile robotics, and/or software
• Experience with complex solutions requiring explanation and long decision-making processes in large corporations
• Open demeanor and strong communication skills
• Passion for direct customer interaction
• Negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel
• Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce)
• Languages: Very good German and English
• Completed technical degree with a focus on logistics or manufacturing is desirable
