Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor projects from start to finish with a focus on timing, budget, and quality.
- Create and monitor budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Maintain client interaction to understand their needs and adapt project management accordingly.
- Work in interdisciplinary and international teams to integrate different perspectives.
- Develop and implement clear processes to ensure transparent and reliable communication.
- Question the status quo and continuously develop processes further.
- Show openness to AI and new technologies to explore innovative tools and working methods.
Qualifications:
- Experience in project management, ideally in guiding diverse projects.
- Ability to communicate fluently in German and English.
- Affinity for numbers as well as budget and resource management.
- Enjoy working in an international environment.
- Willingness to work full-time at one of the Berlin or Düsseldorf locations.
