As an Account Director at NOVA Entertainment, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented professionals who are passionate about creating engaging audio content that resonates with our audience. You will work closely with our creative teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business objectives • Leading a team of account managers, coordinators and assistants to deliver exceptional client service • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders • Collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative marketing campaigns • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve • Providing expert advice on audio content creation and distribution strategies • Managing budgets and ensuring ROI for all marketing initiatives • Staying up-to-date with industry developments, best practices and new technologies • Mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential • Participating in regular meetings and reporting to senior management • Other duties as required.
