Job description
POSITION SUMMARY The Account Coordinator, Creative Services will learn Tag systems and work with clients and staff to support media production as well as other projects for our clients. JOB DUTIES Internal support as well as client support in the management of project details from start to completion Develop a good understanding of the client brand Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all projects and their status using Tag’s workflow management technology Identify and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
