Account Coordinator - Marketing

Purpose of the Position The Account Coordinator will support the Account Director or Account Manager and the team in general in the efficient coordination of projects. It will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and external stakeholders (client), ensuring that projects are managed with quality, competitive prices, and timely completion, even in high-volume and complex contexts. Key Responsibilities Support in collecting requirements, developing project plans, coordinating with suppliers, managing budgets, monitoring progress, and reporting results. Collaborate with the Account Director or Account Manager to ensure alignment of project goals and objectives. Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
