Account Based Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

About the Role

You want to shape the growth of a scalable B2B tech company directly? As Account Based Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in building our modern online marketing. You will work closely with our CEO, steer our ABM and LinkedIn campaigns, and be responsible for targeted measures to increase our visibility and inbound leads.

You will develop scalable marketing processes with SDRs and our Content Manager, positioning Everphone sustainably among medium-sized and enterprise customers. If you have a taste for ownership, real business impact, and a dynamic environment – you're exactly right here.

Your Tasks

• Account Based Marketing: Development and implementation of ABM strategies as well as targeted LinkedIn campaigns (Paid & Organic), optional AdWords.
• Outreach & Tools: Scaling outreach campaigns with tools like Lemlist, Clay or similar platforms.
• Lead- & Demand-Generation: Building an efficient B2B lead funnel, increasing brand awareness, and optimizing conversion rates in close cooperation with SDRs.
• Campaign- & Contentsteuerung: Responsibility for Paid Campaign Management and distribution of relevant content (e.g. LinkedIn, trade media).
• Event-Unterstützung: Structured pre-event outreach and supporting marketing measures to increase visibility.
• PR-Unterstützung: Support in targeted visibility work in the B2B field.
• Budget & Tools: Steering of the marketing budget as well as selection and use of modern online marketing tools.

You bring this with you

• Degree in Marketing, Communication or Economics, or relevant experience in B2B online marketing.
• Multiple years of relevant experience in B2B online marketing (ideally in the SaaS-, Tech-, Start-up- or Scale-up-field).
• Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Marketing (Paid & Organic) and targeted addressing of decision-makers.
• Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM) and developing tailored campaigns for defined target accounts.
• Routine in handling modern marketing tools like Lemlist, Clay, HubSpot or LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• A strong analytical, data-driven work style, to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Experience in campaign management and performance monitoring, including KPI-based optimization.
• Solid understanding of complex B2B target groups (IT, HR, CIO-level) and their buying center.
• Structured, organized work style, even with parallel campaigns and high project volume.
• High self-motivation, energy, and self-reliance, to proactively drive topics forward.
• Knowledge of AdWords and openness to quickly adapting to new tools & methods.
• Fast comprehension for business models, target groups, and data-driven decision-making processes.
