Tasks

Your Role

As a Junior Accounting / Controlling employee, you will support our Finance team in their day-to-day operations and work directly with CFO, COO, and CEO.

This role is ideal for graduates or candidates with initial practical experience who want to dive deep into the company, learn a lot, and develop themselves long-term in the finance sector.

You will gain insights into accounting, controlling, and corporate governance and grow step by step into more responsibility.

Your Tasks

• Support in ongoing accounting (e.g. preparation of entries, account reconciliations, cost overviews)
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Support in controlling (e.g. comparing actuals to plans, simple analyses, data preparation)
• Preparation and maintenance of reports, summaries, and presentations for management
• Support in budget planning, forecasts, and liquidity overviews
• Participation in the development of financial processes and internal structures
• Closely collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners (e.g. tax consultants)

Qualification

Your Profile

• Studies in the field of business administration, finance, controlling, accounting, economics or comparable (ongoing or completed)
• Initial practical experience a plus (e.g. internship, work student activity), but not required
• Strong interest in numbers, financial processes, and entrepreneurial connections
• High learning readiness, motivation, and 'hunger' to learn new things
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable working style
• Good Excel skills; experience with ERP or BI tools a plus
• Very good German language skills; English language skills a plus
