Accompanist for pediatric care activities (m/f/x)

Description of the post

• Welcoming patients and preparing them for their treatment
• Setting up all necessary actions and activities to ensure the well-being of hospitalized children aged 0-15, guaranteeing high-quality care.
• Organizing educational and playful activities suitable for each child's age range (e.g. imaginative storytelling, stimulating games) to distract children from their hospitalization
• Establishing a privileged and secure relationship with each child, adapting to their needs and proposing activities accordingly
• Responding to parents' expectations by considering the information provided, requirements, and constraints of collective life and educational projects
• Maintaining the integration of the child into the group, fostering relationships with other children; preventing and managing conflicts between children
• Managing the library's computer tool and maintaining the playroom equipment
• Implementing basic hygiene and safety rules
• Carrying out necessary steps for organizing an activity
• Actively participating in team discussions about children
