Adecco is seeking a reliable and empathetic person to strengthen the night team at a modern living offer for adults with cognitive or multiple impairments in central Switzerland. Tasks - You will accompany and care for residents during the night in the residential home and, if necessary, in external settings. - You will work in a two-person team and take on weekend and holiday responsibilities (working hours: 21:00-7:00 am or 21:30-8:00 am). - You will document professionally and clearly ? written expression in German is essential for this. - You are mobile and will also take assignments outside of the main location ? a category B driving license is mandatory. Profile - Education as a care professional (FaBe), health professional (FaGe) or SRK certificate with nursing experience - Good German language skills in writing and speaking ? for communication and documentation - Ideally living near the workplace - Already willing to work at night in the team and flexibility during assignments - Empathy, sense of responsibility, and calmness even in challenging situations.
