As an accompanist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with healthcare professionals and residents, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve accompanying residents in various settings, such as hospitals, clinics, or community centers, and providing emotional support and guidance to help them cope with the challenges of their daily lives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive the best possible care. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as dementia care, palliative care, and mental health.
