You will actively contribute to individual accompaniment of residents within our engaged and benevolent medical-social establishment - Ensure daily support for residents by promoting their autonomy and personal well-being - Participate in the implementation of personalized projects by collaborating with the multidisciplinary team - Maintain a secure and respectful environment by applying established protocols and ensuring resident comfort
