- Accompany residents in daily activities while ensuring their physical and emotional well-being
- Promote resident autonomy by developing activities tailored to their abilities and interests
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized and optimal care for residents' needs

- Mastery of daily social and educational accompaniment techniques
- Possession of the State Diploma in Educational and Social Accompaniment is an asset
- Ability to establish a trusting relationship with the people being accompanied
- Sensitivity to the needs of vulnerable individuals
