In a specialized educational setting, you will accompany and support people with disabilities to promote their autonomy and social inclusion.
- Ensure personalized accompaniment by taking into account the individual needs of each person
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement educational and social projects
- Participate in educational and therapeutic activities aimed at developing the skills of beneficiaries
- Guarantee a secure and adapted environment while respecting the protocols of the establishment
- Regularly evaluate the progress of beneficiaries and adjust accompaniment strategies accordingly The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal skills and manifests a natural benevolence towards others.
- Demonstrate strong active listening and empathy towards residents
- Be comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team within the establishment
- Possess the State Diploma for Educational and Social Companion (DEAES)
- Adapt easily to various needs and rhythms of the people being accompanied
- Manifest a professional commitment that is irreproachable and a rigorous work ethic
