Within a reception home, you will contribute to the well-being and autonomy of residents on a daily basis - Ensure personalized support for residents by fostering their social integration and personal development - Actively participate in the elaboration and implementation of individual educational projects - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality accompaniment adapted to each person's needs

- Ability to establish a trusting relationship with residents
- Capacity to work as part of a team within a reception home
- Holder of the State Diploma in Educational and Social Accompagnant (DEAES)
