Within a medical-social establishment, you will ensure daily accompaniment and adapted support to meet the needs of residents

- Evaluate and plan necessary interventions to respond to the specific needs of each resident
- Offer individualized accompaniment by creating a secure and stimulating environment to promote residents' autonomy
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure attentive and adjusted follow-up of personalized projects for each resident
