As a recruitment agency, we have particular expertise in the field of disability. How would your expertise as an Educational and Social Assistant (M/F) enrich our MAS?
In a specialized environment, you will accompany and support residents in their daily lives within the establishment.
- Provide personalized assistance to people with disabilities to promote their autonomy and well-being
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized projects
- Actively participate in the organization of workshops aimed at developing residents' physical and cognitive abilities

- Contract: Temporary
- Duration: +/- 1 day
- Salary: 14 euros/hour

- An State Diploma of Educational and Social Assistant is required
- Solid experience in supporting people with disabilities
- Keen sense of listening and empathy, essential for this position
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with professionalism and respect
