You'll integrate a medical-social establishment, where you'll play a crucial role in offering daily support to vulnerable individuals.
- Assist and accompany residents in daily activities to promote autonomy
- Participate in the development and implementation of personalized projects for residents
- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality follow-up
- Ensure physical and psychological well-being of residents by identifying individual needs
- Promote and maintain harmonious relationships within the establishment
