In a medico-social establishment, you will be responsible for accompanying and supporting individuals in their daily lives.
- Assist residents with their daily needs and provide them with personalized support.
- Contribute to the evaluation and adaptation of personalized plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a caring environment.
- Encourage residents' autonomy by participating in educational and social activities.
- Ensure the application of hygiene and safety protocols within the establishment.

Our client's offer for this position is as follows:
- Contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
- Salary: Base salary according to convention 66 (€14/hour) The ideal candidate possesses the necessary skills and a passion for supporting individuals in a medico-social environment.

- Previous experience in educational and social support enriching professional practice.
- Communication skills to interact effectively with residents and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to users.
- Holder of the State Diploma for Educational and Social Support Worker (DEAES) or equivalent to guarantee qualified expertise.
- Empathy and listening skills to meet the needs of those being supported.
