Accommodations Supervisor - West Coast, BC

Job Description WHAT'S THE JOB? Reporting directly to the Lodge Manager, the Accommodations Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the accommodation department; that is housekeeping, janitorial, guest services and coordinating with our maintenance team with maintenance request tickets. This is a 20-day work schedule, with 10 days off. Transportation is provided to site from a designated pickup point as assigned. This is a safety sensitive position and will require a pre employment medical evaluation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the accommodations, as well as providing exceptional guest services. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring all guest rooms are clean and tidy, replenishing linens and amenities, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues that may arise. The Accommodations Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance requests. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to lift, bend, and move equipment and supplies. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. The Accommodations Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
