Workshop Customer Service Advisor

Iperauto Bergamo, Official Dealer for Range Rover, Discovery, Defender, Jaguar, Volvo, and Geely, is looking for a Workshop Service Advisor for customers.

After an adequate on-the-job training period, the person will be responsible for:

• Organizing the workshop customer reception, agreeing on the repairs to be carried out and delivery times, and preparing detailed repair estimates.
• Printing the work order clearly and precisely for the customer and mechanics, specifying partial or full warranty rights (Currentness).
• Indicating products supplied by the customer and work refused by the customer on the work order and the fiscal document.
• Planning and scheduling appointments for repairs, contacting the customer for the renewal of the Mobility Service and for any recall actions.
• Contacting the customer to inform them of any variations regarding delivery times or previously agreed estimates.
• Promoting the sale of spare parts and accessories by recommending further maintenance and repairs to the customer.
• Explaining the work carried out and the content of the invoice to the customer. * Illustrating the services offered by the Dealership (Mobility service, courtesy car, etc.).

The ideal candidate is a precise and organized person who meets the following requirements:

• High school diploma/degree
• Good knowledge of the Office Suite, with particular reference to Excel
• Previous experience in the same role
