In recruitment and talent acquisition at PwC, we are looking for an Associate to join our Acceleration Center - Talent Acquisition Campus team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment and talent acquisition process, including but not limited to: identifying and assessing potential candidates, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, and providing support to the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment and talent acquisition process, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, and provide regular reports to the recruitment team.
