Aufgaben

• You build our Academy from strategy to implementation. This enables customers, partners, and our team to quickly and interactively learn about our products, and fosters continuous knowledge transfer.
• You develop learning paths and modules and work out suitable formats for knowledge transmission.
• You coordinate the creation of high-quality media contents and the further development of the Academy Online Platform.
• You conceptualize KPIs for measuring success and use these to strategically develop our Academy.
• You are responsible for our internal knowledge and skill database, which serves as the basis for our Academy, and systematically develops this further.
• As part of the Delivery Team, you are close to application practice and the challenges faced by our customers and partners, and bring these into the development of our Academy in a systematic way.
• You align with the Product Team on how new features are incorporated into the Academy and which features can simplify onboarding and learning.

Qualifikation

• About 5 years of experience in building Academy and Learning formats in the B2B SaaS environment.
• A proven ability to quickly penetrate complex technical products and prepare them didactically.
• Strategic clarity and the ability to convert strategic guidelines into operational success in a complex environment.
• Experience with common LMS platforms and knowledge transmission through AI solutions that can be scaled.
• A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Communication, Media/Communication Sciences, Computer Science).
• Fluent German skills (C2) and very good English skills (at least C1).
