As Academy Coordinator FR/NL (possibility of engagement) H/F/X, you will be responsible for coordinating the development of our academy's programs and projects. Your main tasks will include: • Developing and implementing training programs tailored to the needs of our employees; • Coordinating the organization of workshops, conferences, and other events related to professional development; • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop relevant content; • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs; • Building relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure the quality and relevance of training materials.
