Job Description We are looking for a tutor who is passionate about teaching and learning, and who is willing to commit to a minimum of 5 hours of tutoring per week. As a tutor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans, providing individualized support to students, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude. You will also be expected to communicate regularly with students and parents, and to maintain accurate records of student progress. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. education, humanities, social sciences) • 1-2 years of teaching or tutoring experience • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to maintain accurate records and track student progress • Commitment to a minimum of 5 hours of tutoring per week • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends • Ability to use technology to facilitate online tutoring (e.g. video conferencing, online lesson planning) • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to provide individualized support to students with diverse needs and abilities • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
