Academic Regional Business Manager (m/f/d)

This position will develop the strategy to expand Emerson's T&M (Test & Measurement) Academic business across EMEA universities. He/she will re-engage with the Academic community, collaborate with others to drive our Go-to-Market strategy and expand our reach within the engineering and research labs across key universities. For this role, it will be critical to work in collaboration with other team members to rethink how Emerson T&M can grow this business for the European region. He/she will need to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive plan to drive growth and increase market share. This includes identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have experience in academic sales or business development, preferably within the T&M industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
