About the Role Join our Crash Course Centre as an Academic Mentor Trainee, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of students during their most intensive learning periods. This internship offers a structured path for aspiring educators and counselors to gain hands-on experience in student psychology, academic operations, and educational leadership. Under the guidance of senior faculty, you will help students navigate high-pressure crash courses by providing the motivation and support they need to succeed. As an Academic Mentor Trainee, your responsibilities will include: • Providing individualized coaching and mentoring to students enrolled in our crash courses; • Developing and implementing effective learning strategies and study plans for students; • Facilitating group discussions and activities that promote teamwork, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; • Collaborating with senior faculty members to develop and deliver course materials and lesson plans; • Participating in regular training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills as an educator; • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and performance; • Contributing to the development of new programs, initiatives, and policies that support student success.
