Academic Counselor

About the Role: This is a full-time admissions counselor role at Dr. Anand Mani Residential Coaching located in Greater Noida. The Admissions Counselor will be responsible for assisting students with the enrollment process, providing personalized guidance and mentorship, and organizing events to support student engagement and motivation. Key Responsibilities: • Counsel students (and/or parents) regarding course offerings, exam preparation strategies, and academic goals. • Understand students’ learning styles, strengths, and weaknesses to provide tailored advice. • Develop and maintain relationships with students, faculty members, and other stakeholders. • Collaborate with the Academic Team to develop and implement effective student engagement strategies. • Organize events such as workshops, seminars, and career fairs to support student development. • Provide guidance on academic planning, including course selection and time management. • Facilitate communication between students, parents, and faculty members. • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and outcomes. Key Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in counseling or teaching. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
