Location: Mumbai (Andheri E, MIDC) | In-office Salary: ₹6,00,000 - 10,00,000 Per Annum Experience: 1 year in EdTech sales, academic counseling, or a related field Working Days: Monday to Saturday (10:30 am to 7:30 pm) About the Job We are looking for a motivated Academic Counselor to provide essential academic counseling and career guidance to prospective students. The primary focus is helping students navigate course offerings and admissions requirements to drive enrollments and support student success. This role will involve building relationships with students, understanding their goals and aspirations, and providing personalized guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career development. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to maintain accurate records of student interactions, track progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
