We’re Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Full-Time) Location: Mankkavu, Kozhikode Freshers Welcome! Xylem Learning is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, student-focused Academic Counsellors to guide aspiring learners and drive enrolments across our academic programs. Key Responsibilities Engage with prospective students and parents via inbound & outbound calls Identify academic needs and recommend suitable Xylem programs Present and promote course offerings with clarity and confidence Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and admission processes Achieve enrolment targets and contribute to team goals Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Xylem programs and offerings Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong sales and persuasion abilities Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance Target-oriented and result-driven Comfortable working with targets and deadlines Ability to work in a team environment Proficiency in English and Malayalam
