We're Hiring: Academic Assistant Company: Makoons Play School Location: Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time | Hybrid | Ready to Travel in UP and surrounding States Makoons Play School is looking for a dynamic and organized Academic Assistant to support academic operations across our centers. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, planning, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple academic and administrative responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Support academic programs and activities at all levels (Pre-Nursery to Class 5) • Assist in lesson planning, preparation, and implementation • Coordinate with teachers and staff members for effective program delivery • Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance • Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and participation • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures • Provide administrative support to the academic department • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
