Job Description

• Responsibility for building up and leading the new Construction Department (in establishment)
• Fachliche and personal leadership of a team with around 20 employees
• Development of guidelines, target specifications, and concepts for further developing the ecclesiastical construction industry in South Baden, as well as ensuring high professional standards
• Taking over complex tasks and consistently implementing strategically important focus projects
• Closely cooperating with the management of the service center as a competent and reliable point of contact

Profile

• A successful completed study in architecture with a focus on high-rise construction or civil engineering
• Desirable are leadership experience and interest in developing and implementing new structures and processes
• Very good communication and advisory skills in dealing with different contact partners
• Solid expertise and comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations (HOAI, VOB, BGB, BauGB, LBO, AHO)
• Demonstrable experience in project leadership and steering complex construction projects
• A developed organizational talent combined with economic thinking
• Independent, structured, and engaged working style with high self-responsibility
• A valid driver's license of class B
