Tasks
In this responsible position, you will take over the leadership of strategic pharmaceutical procurement and actively shape the further development of procurement strategy:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen, spezialisierten Teams (PKA & PTA)
- Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung des strategischen Einkaufs von Arzneimitteln
- Eigenverantwortlicher Abschluss und Verhandlung von Lieferantenverträgen
- Sicherstellung der Arzneimittelverfügbarkeit inkl. aktivem Stockout-Management
- Enge Abstimmung mit Klinikapotheken im Rahmen regelmäßiger Austauschformate
- Analyse und Beobachtung nationaler und internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte
- Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Lieferanten sowie ggf. Durchführung von Akquisegesprächen
- Weiterentwicklung von Einkaufsprozessen und -strukturen im wachsenden Geschäftsbereich
- Direkte Berichtslinie an die Geschäftsführung
Profile
- Completed university degree in pharmacy or comparable business studies with knowledge in the pharmaceutical field
- Multiple years of professional and leadership experience in strategic procurement, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Outstanding strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
- High level of personal responsibility and structured and solution-oriented working style
- Confident negotiation skills, assertiveness, and a secure demeanor
- Excellent communication skills and team orientation
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of AMOR and SAP BW is an advantage
- Good English skills; additional foreign languages are advantageous
