Department Head Urban Planning & Master Planning (m/w/d)

We are looking for a department head (m/w/d) for our building authority, planning department, to be filled as soon as possible, on an indefinite full-time basis. Tasks: leading the planning department with the corresponding professional expertise and experience in urban planning and master planning, including the development of concepts and strategies for urban development projects, coordination of planning processes, preparation of reports and presentations, as well as collaboration with other departments and stakeholders. Requirements: university degree in urban planning or a related field, at least 5 years of professional experience in urban planning, excellent knowledge of urban planning laws and regulations, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, fluency in German and English.
