Tasks That will be… • Development of a comprehensive strategy for the department, • Leadership and management of the department's employees, • Coordination with other departments and teams, • Identification and implementation of process improvements, • Representation of the department in internal and external committees, • Maintenance of relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Requirements: • University degree in a relevant field (e.g. business administration, insurance, law), • Several years of experience in a leadership position, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
