For the organizational unit ZV-Elko, we are looking for a
Head of Department Payment / Payment Transactions (m/f/d)
for the earliest possible start date at the Hanover, Münster, or Frankfurt am Main location. We are further developing digital and electronic payment transactions for our corporate clients. With the ELKO bank calculator and the EBICS customer-bank interface, we manage a demanding and versatile application system in a constantly changing market. In innovative projects, we drive digitalization in corporate client business forward, consistently focusing on customer orientation and thus delighting the corporate clients of our savings banks.
Note: The department is predominantly located in Hanover.
Responsibilities
- Technical and disciplinary leadership of the Payment Transactions / Electronic Account Statements department
- Overall operational management of the department, including the execution of task, resource, cost, and budget planning
- Provision of the service scope of the department's internal products
- Assuming end-to-end responsibility for the processes managed within the department
- Implementation of the divisional strategy: Definition of concepts, design of implementation
- Overall operational management and representation of the topic area towards clients, external partners, and within the company
- Coordination of projects in the responsible technical areas, as well as close and cooperative collaboration with all units in the core banking environment
Profile
- Successfully completed subject-related (banking or business administration) studies or comparable training
- Min. 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with knowledge in the EBICS / Electronic Banking Internet Communication Standard environment
- Leadership experience in the software development environment
- Experience in migration processes for banks / savings banks, as well as banking and process know-how, would be desirable
- High communication and coordination skills, persuasiveness, and reliability
- Teamwork and social competence in dealing with a wide variety of conversation partners
- High degree of goal orientation, self-responsibility, and initiative
