Head of Department (m/f/x) Credit, Financing, and Accounts Receivable Management

Tasks

• You will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the Accounts Receivable Management team and develop your employees sustainably.
• You will be the central point of contact for employees, shareholders, and auditors on all relevant issues within your area of responsibility.
• You will analyze credit and default risks, derive suitable measures, and actively contribute to risk management.
• You will be responsible for the steering, monitoring, and continuous optimization of all processes in receivables and accounts receivable management.
• You will maintain and further develop our banking relationships and act as the main point of contact for our financing partners.
• You will independently coordinate financing and banking issues and support them from analysis to implementation.
• You will competently support our affiliated shareholders with financing-related issues.
• Together with internal Treasury, you will ensure efficient liquidity and financial management.
• You will prepare meaningful analyses, reports, and decision-making bases for management.
• You will actively drive the harmonization, standardization, and digitalization of processes and significantly contribute to the further development of your area.

Qualification

• You have a degree with a focus on finance or a comparable qualification
• You have extensive experience in credit, financing, or receivables management
• You are familiar with balance sheet analyses as well as commercial, insolvency, and security law issues
• You act entrepreneurially, make decisions with sound judgment, and maintain an overview even in complex situations
• Communication at eye level and a confident demeanor are a matter of course for you
• You work proactively, responsibly, and solution-oriented.
• You are proficient in MS Office and SAP
• As a leader, you know how to motivate people, foster potential, and achieve success together
