The Spreewaldbank eG is a regionally rooted cooperative bank at the heart of the Spreewald – close to people, close to businesses in the region. As Department Head Credit Advisory Market, you will take on a key position with direct influence on strategy, culture, and growth of the bank. You will lead an established team, manage your own corporate customer portfolio, and shape the future of the Spreewaldbank eG from the 2nd management level out – that's not just managing, it's shaping.

Tasks

- You will lead and develop an eight-member team of corporate finance and real estate financing advisors – professionally and personally

- You will manage your own corporate customer portfolio and build this actively through targeted networking in the region

- You will advise corporate customers comprehensively on financial and credit matters and develop individual solutions at eye level

- You will bear direct responsibility as a member of the 2nd management level for processes, structures, and strategic alignment of the bank

- You will bring your own ideas, drive changes forward, and actively contribute to the development of the department

- You will maintain direct contact with the management team and be the central link between leadership and team

Qualification

- Completed education as a bank clerk or equivalent banking studies

- Professional experience in corporate finance advisory with own credit expertise

- Funded business knowledge and structured, self-responsible working style

- Secure, customer-oriented appearance and genuine joy in direct contact with people

- High initiative and enthusiasm to set new impulses and shape things actively

- Leadership experience is a plus, but not a must – experienced advisors who want to take the next career step are explicitly welcome
