The German Red Cross Blood Service sets itself daily for the safe supply of clinics in Lower Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and Bremen with life-saving blood preparations. There you will find meaningful tasks in the medical-pharmaceutical industry and shape society as well as medical progress actively.

Tasks

• Safeguarding operational stability in Payroll, Human Resources Management, Time Accounting, Recruiting, and areas of Reception and Staff Restaurant
• Promoting digitalization and process optimization
• Fundamental and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team
• Intensive and company-wide cooperation with senior management

Qualification

• Fundamental (multi-year) experience in operational HR management, ideally in medium-sized or tariff-bound structures
• In-depth practical knowledge of remuneration calculation/Payroll, Human Resources Management, Time Accounting, and labor law
• Demonstrable leadership experience
• Practical experience in collaboration with works councils
• Innovative mindset for digitalization and transformation
• Sovereign personality with result-oriented approach
• Fluent German skills
