Tasks - You will lead a team of around 17 employees in a specialized care area. - You ensure that nursing quality and individual care are consistently implemented and the workflows are efficiently organized. - You promote the further development of your employees and design a work environment that fosters motivation, self-responsibility, and teamwork. - You work closely with other professional groups and actively participate in daily care tasks. Profile - A completed education as a diploma nurse (HF or FH). - Openness to digital documentation systems (e.g. easyDoc) and willingness to learn new tools like RAI-HC. - Leadership skills and ideally a corresponding further education in management or coaching. - Experience in caring for people with dementia. - Joy in promoting employees and creating a positive work climate. - Very good German language skills and a secure handling of Office applications.
