Department Head Project Management (ÖÖP Projects)

About us We are the leading corporate group in the real estate industry in the Nuremberg metropolitan region. Our core business is the management of around 20,000 rental apartments and further approximately 8,000 rental units. In addition, we are active in the construction industry and realize social projects for the city of Nuremberg with the construction of kindergartens, nurseries and schools. Your main tasks Leadership of the department under professional and disciplinary aspects Continuity and coordination of ÖÖP projects, including project planning, monitoring and control, as well as ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets. Development and implementation of strategies for the department, taking into account the company's overall goals and objectives. Coordination and collaboration with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and cooperation. Identification and resolution of conflicts and issues within the department.
