The area of responsibility includes all anesthesia areas of the surgical disciplines: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Gynecology, Plastic Surgery, Spinal Neurosurgery, and Urology. Your Tasks

• Overall personnel and professional responsibility for the Anesthesia Nursing and Positioning Nursing teams
• Organization and planning of both teams in collaboration with the Head of Positioning Nursing
• Employee development
• Responsibility for the development and implementation of quality standards and departmental goals
• Close collaboration with the Chief Physician of Anesthesia and the Head of Operating Room Nursing
• Active participation in the operational area of anesthesia nursing
• Active involvement in future projects and changes in the operating room area

Your Profile

• Completed training as a certified expert in Anesthesia Nursing NDS HF with professional experience
• Enjoyment of leadership topics and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Situational, differentiated, and comprehensible communication skills, as well as pedagogical aptitude
• High commitment, independence, resilience, flexibility, organizational skills, assertiveness, as well as economic thinking and acting
• Openness to change processes
