Head of Technical Service

We are looking for a dedicated leader for Technical Service & Commissioning (38.5 hours/week) for direct employment with an internationally successful technology company, starting immediately.

• Personnel responsibility, development, and scheduling of a team of technicians (10-15 employees)
• Planning and coordination of international service and commissioning assignments
• Stakeholder management with external customers and internal departments (project management, after-sales, etc.)
• Key figure-based management of service performance and processes
• Organization of the service hotline

• Completed vocational training (apprenticeship, HTL or master craftsman) in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or preferably mechatronics
• Professional experience in a similar position is desired; alternatively, experienced service and commissioning technicians with leadership ambitions
• Good understanding of project-based plant and/or mechanical engineering
• Fluent English skills
• Strong communication skills as well as a structured and responsible way of working

Depending on specific qualifications and professional experience, a gross monthly salary of at least EUR 4,700,- is planned (this definitely exceeds the collective agreement minimum wage). The final salary agreement will be made during a personal interview.
